Skulls Industrial’s Shop Policies

Payment

Skulls Industrial accepts all major credit cards. Payment must be received in full (including additional shipping charges, see below) for all orders before processing. We want to work with you to fabricate exactly what you’re looking for and we do our best to complete your project by the shipping date on your receipt.

Shipping

For standard items, shipping is listed for each item. For custom orders, shipping charges are based on location. Because of the large sizes/weights, freight costs are usually substantial.

Please provide your full shipping address and telephone number to ensure smooth delivery. In extreme cases, shipping may take up to 6 weeks, but we will do our best to ensure you receive you item in a timely manner.
For items less than 70lbs, we ship via USPS with tracking and confirmation signature.

For Items over 70lb, we ship via UPS Freight. Please provide a telephone number and be available to sign for these items. Delivery is curbside non-liftgate service. WE WILL NOT APPROVE EXTRA SERVICES AND YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR EXTRA SERVICES. UPS provides professional service but, all timelines are estimated and we do our best with the information. Additional charges may apply for residential services.

Please supply the correct, suitable shipping address. If you supply the wrong shipping address, we are unable to resolve this issue. YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND.

Please inspect all packaging upon delivery. If package is damaged, do not accept and do not sign for this item. We cannot resolve your issue or issue a refund after you accept a damaged package. If you deny delivery because of damaged packaging, you’ll be able to file a claim with USPS or UPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Most of the products Skulls Industrial offers are made-to-order items. If a refund or return is deemed necessary, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please supply the correct, suitable shipping address. If you supply the wrong shipping address, we are unable to resolve this issue. YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND. The Etsy postage program uses your shipping info provided by you and a label is printed from the info you provide. Please double check you shipping address.
